Payments

Termination
KPS Climatech reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services in cases of non-payment, misuse, abusive conduct, or violation of agreed terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
